I have a room open in a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Very close to The University of Scranton…in fact, it’s closer than some of the dorms. The rent is $400/month per person and that includes heat, water, sewer, trash and electric. I’m trying to get all female grad students in the apartment to avoid it being a party place.
