I a currently looking to sublet my large, furnished 1 bedroom in the West Side of Binghamton from Jan-May2015. The apartment is located on Chestnut Street, has a washer/dryer in the unit, and is right by all the bus Lines for public and BU transportation. The rent is $450 a month and includes everything except for Internet (I currently split the internet with the girl I live with and it costs approximately $17 a month).
