Very nice apartment complex. Unit has most upgrades including granite counters in bathrooms and kitchen, large walk-in closets, and electric fire place. I was the first person to move in back in June.
Ceiling fans in all rooms. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one in master suite), living room, dinning rooms, and den/office/sunroom. Washer and dryer hook up (i rent them for $37 a month). Pets are allowed (there are a few restrictions). There is a pool in the complex, a club house, and a gym. Plenty of storage.
I will cover the move-in deposit (I will transfer my deposit to you so you don’t have to pay it).
