1 BR Apartment in University area right across form UNCC

I am looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible. I live in a 4 bedroom apartment, but would only need a sublet for one of the rooms. The room has a private bathroom and the apartment has brand new carpet. The complex is located right across from UNC Charlotte, at University Walk. Rent includes cable, utilities, internet just for $470 a month. The apartment is kept clean and the whole apartment is furnished. The bedroom comes with dressers, desk and chair, mattress and bedframe, full length mirrors, and a nightstand. The living room has three couches, kitchen table and four chairs, and a coffee table. The kitchen is fully furnished as well. This apartment is great for UNCC or CPCC students!
-Again I am looking for someone to only take over ONE of the FOUR rooms in the apartment. Each person has their own lease which would run from January to July.
