Hello – thanks for your interest in off-campus housing at the University of Scranton and Marywood University.
We have 4 and 5 bedroom housing available, with excellent locations near campus in the student section at the University of Scranton. Marywood University and Penn State Worthington students have also rented our houses.
Transfer and new students / tenants: Units are available immediately for the 2015-16 school year.
Students already enrolled or other tenants: We are now showing and leasing for the 2016-17 school year.
Our houses are well-kept, and include all appliances with free laundry, and large flat-screen TVs.
Your house will also include a dedicated maintenance person.
All-inclusive options, including cleaning, are also available!
