It is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk/ even shorter drive to TCMC or The U. I am asking $550 a month per person, and utilities will be split between the tenants. It comes fully furnished (besides mattresses) but if you have your own furniture that can be used instead. Pets are negotiable (fully fenced in yard).
