2 Bedroom Apartment. Quiet Neighborhood. Close to TCMC

I have a 2 bedroom apartment that I am looking to rent out to college students. The apartment is newly remodeled with custom tile shower, tile and hardwood floors in all but the bedrooms. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk/ even shorter drive to TCMC or The U. I am asking $550 a month per person, and utilities will be split between the tenants. It comes fully furnished (besides mattresses) but if you have your own furniture that can be used instead. Pets are negotiable (fully fenced in yard). It is a second floor apartment with two bedrooms, large living room and dining room, sun room (could be a den), upper porch, and a shed that can be used for storage.
