Nice two bedrooms available, sharing a bath. Price is 700/month each or y9u can get the two rooms and bath for $1200/month. Utilities are included except water, need to share that bill. There is wireless cable available. No cable TV becuse I do not use it, but if the students want the service I will have it installed. TV is available in the Den and DVD player, for movies. Students must be animal lovers, I have three dogs who hang out everywere in the house, They are not allowed in the rental rooms thoough!
