I am looking for preferably a medical school or graduate student.The apartment is within walking distance from the Commonwealth Medical College and the University of Scranton, and it is about a 10 minute drive to Marywood.
It is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. It is on the second and third floor of the building. Everything is included (water, heat, electric, cable, internet, garbage). There is no laundry. There is plenty of storage throughout the apartment. Parking is on the street by permit (which is only $9).
The available room is on the second floor. It is spacious with a lot of natural light. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished.
