2 people need for shared LARGE bedroom

Large bedroom for sale in a 3 bedroom apartment! You can choose between a 158 sq. ft. bedroom or a 138 sq. ft. bedroom. Both have hardwood floors, big windows, and even bigger closets. Because of their size, both rooms are doubles. For the 138, monthly rent is $512/person, and for the 158, rent is $577/person.
Water and garbage is included in the rent. You would share the apartment with two male college students who each have their own rooms. Our apartment is hardwood floors throughout and has brand new marble countertops. The apartment includes a large living room, kitchen, balcony, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. There is also a private pool and BBQ available to tenants in the complex.
We are open to male or female roommates, but the other roommates are male, so you must be comfortable with sharing a space with two college guys. That said, we’re both really chill and have a great sense of humor. If you like to laugh, you’ll fit right in. This is perfect for transfer student or other upperclassmen. The apartment is a 13 minute walk from campus, less than a 5 minute bike ride, and if you feel lazy, a 20ft walk to the nearest bus stop 🙂
