The house has 3 bedrooms and a full bath. I am a live-in landlord, so the other 2 bedrooms are the tenant rooms. The larger of the 2 is priced at $550/month, while the smaller is $450/month. The rent would include all utilities (Radiated Gas Heat, Electric, Trash, Water, Sewer), plus use of the assigned bedroom and all common areas, including kitchen, sunroom, living rooms, yard, basement, etc. Reliable, fast WIFI and free use of the laundry machines are also included. The common areas are very spacious and the house is conveniently located 10 minutes from Marywood, Penn State Worthington, and also Dickson City and Scranton.
