Roommate needed for a house near Marywood University. Less than a 5 minute walk from campus and only 10 minutes by car from Downtown Scranton and University of Scranton. Need someone to take the extra spacious room in our house. Rent is $460 a month including utilities and cable! Living room and kitchen are accessible to all. Three graduate students need one more roommate to fill the spot. The available room is on the first floor with the other three rooms on the second. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove/ oven, microwave, toaster, keurig, and refrigerator. Washer and dryer is also included.
