The house has easy access to downtown and is only minutes from the university. Constructed in 1920, the house is well maintained and contains many original features with a large living room, den, dining room, kitchen (with eat-in), screened porch, and a partially finished basement with laundry room. The interior is newly painted and well maintained. Gleaming hardwood floors throughout and a cozy fireplace in the big living room are just a few of the many pluses to this house.
