Beautiful 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment. Very nice apartment for the price. Water, sewer, and hot water is included. We only pay electric & cable/internet. Looking for a roomate to help out with rent. I am a female grad student, and would like someone responsible, trustworthy, and clean. The apartment is fully furnished (living room, kitchen, and bathroom) and there is a closet in each bedroom, and a joint/shared closet in the hallway (with built in armoire).
