I am looking for a sublet for the spring semester which is from January 2017 – July 31, 2017 so that I can study abroad. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a full sized washer/dryer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances (microwave, fridge, and freezer). Rent includes all utilities, free wifi and basic cable. The building also has a 24/7 fitness center, 24/7 computer lab and study lounges, cafe area, tanning bed, and courtyard with gas grills.
