$400 Looking for 2 roommates BU students (6 clarke st)

We are looking for two roommates for this upcoming year (6/1 – 5/24) The house has 7 bedrooms on 3 floors with 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms.
Amenities include:
3 rear decks
Front porch
2 40in tvs for each floor
Nice, fairly new couches
Free washer /dryer
Dish washers
Huge rooms
The 5 of us living there next year are all male mostly seniors who drink, smoke, do regular things. We don’t have any interior pics of the house right now but let me know if you’re interested and we can set up a tour of the house.
