Hello, we are two nice, out going and full time VCU students looking to share a 3 bedroom. Apartment includes washer and dryer and one door entrance to only our apartment. Must be clean, friendly, able to pay rent and electricity on time and 420 friendly. The room includes full size private bathroom and walk-in closet. Very spacious, Utilities are only electricity and not included to the 450 but divided by 3 monthly. It is no more then 3 mins from VCU if a student.
