Apartment is less than 10 minutes from campus, offers free shuttle to campus, free tanning and 3 pools. $500 a month includes cable and internet, water is $10 flat rate per month plus electricity which varies by month (~$20). This is a four bedroom apartment, each bedroom has its own private bathroom and the apartments are fully furnished and each apartment has its own room for laundry. Pets are also allowed.
You are able to choose any roommates or have them match you up with someone looking for a roommate, I just need someone to take over my lease for this coming school year as I can no longer attend school. I currently live in an apartment and attend Charleston Southern University. I am majoring in Criminal Justice. I do not party and would prefer my roommate to either not, or keep it to a minimum. I have a small dog that is completely house trained and friendly. The dog limit is two per apartment, so I do not mind if you have a dog as long as they are completely house trained and get along with my dog. I am a very clean person who cleans apartment really really good at least once a week. All I ask is that you pick up after yourself and assist with some cleaning every once in a while. I have a kitchen table, washer machine, recliner, kitchen utensils. So, I would ask that you either provide or rent a dryer, couch/loveseat, and other things to be discussed. We can decide on who provides living room tv. or split it. I would also like to get to know my roommate before making a decision. I am a very friendly person who can get along with just about anyone. I am just picky about being clean and not too much partying.
