I am looking for a sublet for the spring semester which is from January 2017 – July 31, 2017 so that I can study abroad. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a full sized washer/dryer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances (microwave, fridge, and freezer). Rent includes all utilities, free wifi and basic cable. The building also has a 24/7 fitness center, 24/7 computer lab and study lounges, cafe area, tanning bed, and courtyard with gas grills. It is also one of the safest places for students to live in Binghamton with security cameras all around the premises and a secure entry gate.
