I have three bedrooms available in a quiet large southside house. All bedrooms are large (approximate 12×15) with lots of natural light. The house is on a quiet street, near a bus line. Close to many restaurants, coffee houses, a farmers market, shops and a grocery store. Off street parking is available along with one space in an attached garage. The house has easy access to downtown and is only minutes from the university. Constructed in 1920, the house is well maintained and contains many original features with a large living room, den, dining room, kitchen (with eat-in), screened porch, and a partially finished basement with laundry room.
