I am female with a male roommate, we are both 23. we are looking for another male to move into the spare room upstairs that has a bed. You will have access to half the attic if need be. Shared living room, full kitchen, and bathroom. There is a small yard in the back.
The house is located on the main street, its about a 10 min drive to the hazleton campus. Nice quiet neighborhood.
Your rent includes all utilities, internet, and cable. Parent must cosign the lease.
Must be a non-smoke, not allergic to cats (I have one). No wild parties, friends and tame get togethers are fine.
