All utilities are included which are: electric, cable, wireless internet, heat, garbage removal, snowplowing, lawn mowing. Use of washer / dryer as well as rest of house. Very quiet private location with a large yard, in ground pool, basketball court, perennial beds. Two miles from CSC, Six miles from Green Mt. College and 20 min from Rutland. Available June 1st.
