The landlord is great and lives below; there is water, sewer, cable/internet included in the rent. We split the electric and heat bills. The bathroom has a brand new sink and toilet. There is so much storage space, with a huge open living and dinig room, a sun room, and an outside porch with roof. Washer/dryer in the building. The rent is only $375!!
