LEASING out bedroom! complex/apartment style living

I am moving out next semester for financial and personal reasons. I am looking for someone to lease my room out to through the landlord. Currently, 3 other female college students are living there.
The bedroom is off the kitchen. It is a fort style. The ceilings come down i a peak. Good size space. Most people say it is cozy and like its own separate room.
the bathroom is right off the kitchen there is a living room and 3 other bedrooms which are occupied. all the walls where just painted this fall.
