This house is located on Fort Lowell between Alvernon and Swan. Move in ready at the beginning of summer (Mid-May) or at the beginning of the semester (August).
Rent is a monthly $450 which includes: rent, utilities (gas, electric, water), internet and basic cable.
The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath, you will have to share the bathroom and has a fully furnished kitchen, living room, and small dinning area.
