My current roommate and I would like to room with somebody friendly and also considerate of our busy graduate schedules and workload. Rent is $1100, shared 3 ways and tenants only pay electric. Very spacious and all appliances are new, including coin laundry downstairs. Located within 2 miles of Marywood and closer to TCMC. Total rent with electric, internet and cable should amount to approximately $450 per month.
