I’m looking for a single roommate to share my home in Fair Haven, VT 3.5 miles from Castleton State College and 6 miles from Green Mountain College. Rent is $550/ month and is for 1 bedroom in the house and your own bathroom and includes ALL utilities (heat, electric, hot water, cable, internet, snow plowing, trash removal, and lawn care). The house is completely furnished except for the room and bathroom you would be occupying. The common area consists of the kitchen, living room, dining room,and a large game room. Less than 1 mile and within walking distance to Shaw’s, McDonalds, downtown, Subway, Chinese & pizza restaurant, Fair Haven Inn, Stewarts, and the park.
