Looking for a subletter for the Spring 2013 semester. You would be subletting 1 bedroom of a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom apartment in the University Plaza Apartments. The bathrooms are all inside of each bedroom, the apartment has a full kitchen and a fully furnished living room.
The subletting period is January-July and the total rent amount is $5,215, or $745 a month.
The room currently has 3 girls in it, 2 juniors and 1 sophomore.
