Looking for a female subletter for the Spring 2013 semester because I will be abroad. Must be a Binghamton University student. The apartment has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two floors, is well kept and new. There are 2 juniors and 1 senior who currently live here, and all are easy to get along with. The apartment is conveniently located steps away from the OCCT bus stop that travels back and forth to campus every 30 min. There is also a BC transit bus that runs frequently. It’s only a ten minute walk to campus. Features fully furnished kitchen, dishwasher, and washer and dryer in the apartment. The rent includes all utilities and cable and internet are free. Instead of having to pay rent every month it’s added to your Binghamton tuition bill at the beginning of the semester.
