Looking for roommate for spring semester

I currently live in an apartment and attend Charleston Southern University. I am majoring in Criminal Justice. I do not party and would prefer my roommate to either not, or keep it to a minimum. I have a small dog that is completely house trained and friendly. The dog limit is two per apartment, so I do not mind if you have a dog as long as they are completely house trained and get along with my dog. I am a very clean person who cleans apartment really really good at least once a week. All I ask is that you pick up after yourself and assist with some cleaning every once in a while. I have a kitchen table, washer machine, recliner, kitchen utensils. So, I would ask that you either provide or rent a dryer, couch/loveseat, and other things to be discussed. We can decide on who provides living room tv. or split it. I would also like to get to know my roommate before making a decision. I am a very friendly person who can get along with just about anyone. I am just picky about being clean and not too much partying.
