Looking for roommate to sign lease with

I am a young professional in my mid 20s (female) looking for another roommate to sign a lease together. I am currently looking at Oakmont Park and Summit Point which range in rent from $900-1100 per month, so each would be $450-550. I am also open to looking at other places if you have something in mind!
