Students must be animal lovers, I have three dogs who hang out everywere in the house, They are not allowed in the rental rooms thoough! They are nice animals, not agressive, easy going and happy, and BIG. This is a drug free, alcohol free, smoke free environment, healthy as best. Please have in mind you can’t do any of those here…
There is a one month deposit, plus the month of rental plus the last month. You need to advice me you are leaving like two months ahead, and you can live the last month with no pay. I will return your deposit the last day.
