There is a modern eat-in kitchen with a built-in dishwasher, and a large amount of cabinet space. In addition, there is a very large pantry, screened in porch, and just in time for the hot summer… WE HAVE A CENTRAL AC!
The apartment is located in a very desirable/convenient area right on Beacon Street, close to Cleveland Circle and the Reservoir T-Stations. It’s directly on the Green Line, C Train, and 2 blocks away from the D , B lines and buses to Cambridge. SAFE AREA. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!!
The lease is until the end of August with a chance of renewing on September 1st. The room is only $775.00, no fee, and only the first and last month rents and the security deposit (one month rent) are required to move in. Water is included in the rent.
We also have Wi-fi and RCN cable (with Tivo in family room). The utilities per month would be less than $80 in addition.
