Newly Renovated Duplex Both Upper and Lower Available (Southwest Detroit) $500 2bd

I am renting a newly renovated duplex located in Southwest Detroit. The duplex is approximately 5 minutes from I-75, 5 mins from Dearborn, 10 min to downtown, and a half mile from Vernor or Fort St. The duplex has newly redone hardwoord floors, new paint, new electical, plumbing, new roof and separate furnaces and utilities. Each unit has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bath. There is also access to the basement for both units with separate laundry hookups. The lower is available today, the upper should be ready by next week. The rent is $500 for upper or lower your choice, or $900 for both. Utilities are not included. Small dogs and pets are allowed, but if you have a dog over 40lbs or numerous animals the rent will increase do to higher insurance costs and wear/tear. Grass cutting in the summer is also included.
