Included with Rent:
Full use and access to shared living space. Beautiful, large shared living room with fireplace, great for entertaining. Large Dining room with large table, where we occasionally gather for board games, or for breakfast/dinner. Use of full kitchen and appliances, gas stove, dish washer, fridge, large basement freezer. Feel free to store pots/pans/cutlery in kitchen. Use of washer/drier in basement. Use of walk in shower and full bath on 2nd floor if desired. Access to 2nd floor balcony. Access and use of basement speakeasy bar to store and serve your personal booze. ;-). You are free to have guests over and stay the night. Use of fireplace requires approval from landlord (me) first and before each use. Sorry, some people like to really get that thing blazing! I take care of all landscaping, and repairs to property. You will be responsible for keeping your belongings from piling up in shared spaces, and your own rooms cleanliness only.
-Utilities not included with rent. They will be evenly divided between tenants
-Rent and utility bills due the 1st of every month
-Street parking only
-No Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Hamsters, Rats, Pigs, Goats, Chickens, Gerbils, Mice, Guinea Pigs, or other pets due to dander and allergies for other tenants. Will allow small reptile pets or fish.

-Absolutely No smoking indoors (We make one exception in the basement during our Speakeasy Party each year).
