Utilities are split between everyone in the house- usually 4 people. The house is in a very cute neighborhood of Clarks Summit – quiet and safe. The house has lots of charm – wood-burning fireplace, built-in shelves, hardwood floors, etc. I’m looking for a roommate who is clean and respectful. The kitchen, dining room, living room, basement, and yard will all be shared spaces. I have two dogs, but they love everyone they meet.
