Roommate wanted

I am a female looking for a roommate for newly renovated apartment in the hill section of scranton. New appliances, hard wood floors. All utilities included except for Internet/cable and electricity which we split evenly. Rent is 500$ (1000$ split). Apartment available August 1. 12 month lease. I have a very friendly cat! (He is neutered). Pictures available if requested (they won’t upload on here). 500$ deposit and first months rent due.
