I am a female graduate student at Marywood University and have a room opening up July 1st in the apartment that I rent. It is a three bedroom apartment (the other roommate is also a female graduate student at Marywood). The room that is open is very spacious and has an attached 1/2 bathroom. We are currently paying 470$ a month- everything included, except cable. There is a washer and dryer in the basement that we use for free. Dogs and cats are okay.
