Spacious shared apartment for students at Bingamton Univerisity or Broome Community College

This is an over 4000 sq ft apartment that is shared. You rent an individual bedroom in the apartment for $350 a month, which includes all utilities (gas, heat, electricity, water, garbage, and an internet connection of the landlords choice). It also includes a cleaning person coming once a week to clean the shared bathrooms. You share a large eat-in kitchen, a spacious living room, a bonus study room and the bathrooms with the other tenants on the floor. There are six bedrooms total, and each person has their own lease with the landlord.
