Spring 2013 Sublet - Spacious Apartment, Very Close to Penn State

I am looking for someone to sublet a room within the apartment. It is a spacious apartment, and it is very close to campus. Three girls live in the apartment, but the person who sublets would only be sharing a room with one of the girls. All utilities and cable tv are included in the rent. The apartment is fully furnished, and all bathroom and kitchen supplies are provided. Also, I will include a desk and leather chair for free. The lease is managed by The Apartment Store.
