I am subletting my bedroom and bathroom in a two bedroom apartment in Twin River Commons. My room is attached to a private bathroom with a bathub. This apartment is a student housing building located right next to the university downtown center less than a block away from the Binghamton university bus stops. I am looking for a sublet for the spring semester which is from January 2017 – July 31, 2017 so that I can study abroad. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a full sized washer/dryer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances (microwave, fridge, and freezer). Rent includes all utilities, free wifi and basic cable. The building also has a 24/7 fitness center, 24/7 computer lab and study lounges, cafe area, tanning bed, and courtyard with gas grills. It is also one of the safest places for students to live in Binghamton with security cameras all around the premises and a secure entry gate. The rent is normally 955 but I am willing to pay $50 of each month’s rent for you. I am also willing to negotiate the price of the security deposit.
