Perfect to walk to and from class at Keystone or take a short 6 mile drive to Baptist Bible. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with washer, dryer, microwave, and fridge. Security deposit plus first months rent due at signing of lease. Will do a walk through if interested. Tenants are responsible for all utilities except heat. Rent is $425 per month per room. One bedroom is big enough for 2 people. If 4 people I will drop rent to $375.
