There are study rooms at each floor with computers, gym, tanning bed, and game room. Also of use is the courtyard area with grills accessible for everyone. I will leave at 21 May, so you can move in at that time. Lease with Twin River ends at 15 August. You can stay until 15 August without any problems. We can discuss price if you are interested.
