Steve Helfrich, vice president of business development at CampusWorks, said the complex will serve the off-campus student population at the College of Charleston. Students are expected to move-in beginning in the fall semester.

Two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans will be available, according to a news release. Apartments will be fully furnished and will include a washer and dryer, granite countertops and electronic unit entry locks. Each suite will also have a private bathroom, and high-speed Wi-Fi will be installed.

Rent prices for 930 NoMo are expected to start at $899, according to a CampusWorks spokeswoman.
