Not your parents’ student housing: Luxury Charleston project to open in fall

With waterfront views and community balconies, 930 NoMo’s amenities will include a tanning salon, regulation-size bocce ball court, water basketball and volleyball, cycle center and club-level fitness center. Residents will have around-the-clock access to the cyber cafe, study lounges on every floor, bike storage and recycling center.
Floor plans show two- to four-bedroom options. The apartments will be fully furnished and include washer and dryer, appliances, granite countertops and electronic unit entry locks. Each suite will have a private bathroom.
The property will be equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and have on-site maintenance and management.
Prices per month for rooms in a four-bedroom suite will start at $899 per person. Three-bedroom units will fetch $939, and two-bedroom units will start at $979 a person. Prices can be higher depending on the views and other factors.
