I am looking for a sublet for the spring semester which is from January 2017 – July 31, 2017 so that I can study abroad. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a full sized washer/dryer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances (microwave, fridge, and freezer). Rent includes all utilities, free wifi and basic cable. The building also has a 24/7 fitness center, 24/7 computer lab and study lounges, cafe area, tanning bed, and courtyard with gas grills. I a currently looking to sublet my large, furnished 1 bedroom in the West Side of Binghamton from Jan-May2015. The apartment is located on Chestnut Street, has a washer/dryer in the unit, and is right by all the bus Lines for public and BU transportation. Everything in the apartment is like brand new since it just opened this fall! It has a full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher!! There is also a washer and dryer right in the apartment, so you can do your laundry for free and at your own conveinence! The living room is fully furnished and spacious, with a TV stand, leather couch, and chair. Additionally, all windows open in the apartment. There is also central air and heating as well as hard wood floors throughout the kitchen and living room area. The apartment complex is very secure, with security cameras and schalange access gates surrounding the building. There’s a gym, entertainment lounge, cafe, private courtyard, & tanning salon as well. The office staff is great and will ensure you always feel welcomed!
While there is a parking lot, it is controlled by gate access, and you must purchase a parking pass. However, if you don’t have a car, the BU bus line & OCCT Busline is available right next door at the BU downtown center, which provide continuous buses to and from campus throughout the day. The bus terminal is also a short walk away if you need to catch a greyhound bus or simply need to go grocery shopping, etc.
All utilities are included! (Water, heat/ac, gym access, electricity, Internet, basic cable, etc)
