I have three bedrooms available in a quiet large southside house. All bedrooms are large (approximate 12×15) with lots of natural light. The house is on a quiet street, near a bus line. Close to many restaurants, coffee houses, a farmers market, shops and a grocery store. Off street parking is available along with one space in an attached garage. The house has easy access to downtown and is only minutes from the university. Constructed in 1920, the house is well maintained and contains many original features with a large living room, den, dining room, kitchen (with eat-in), screened porch, and a partially finished basement with laundry room. The interior is newly painted and well maintained. Gleaming hardwood floors throughout and a cozy fireplace in the big living room are just a few of the many pluses to this house. The back has an enclosed screened porch to enjoy summer evenings, and a large yard great for cookouts.
All common rooms of the house are furnished and the kitchen contains all necessary appliances (oven, stove, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher). One bedroom is furnished, the other two are unfurnished. Each room has its own closet. One tenant per bedroom. The basement has a washer and dryer for everyone’s use. Heating is natural gas.
