It is a three bedroom apartment (the other roommate is also a female graduate student at Marywood). The room that is open is very spacious and has an attached 1/2 bathroom. We are currently paying 470$ a month- everything included, except cable. There is a washer and dryer in the basement that we use for free. Dogs and cats are okay.

Easy walk to main area of dunmore for bars and food, quick drive to everything else including downtown Scranton, bars, restaurants, coffee and groceries all close.
