I’m not very computer literate so I can’t post pictures of the property. If you are interested, I can email pictures to you. I am located approximately 1 mile from the campus. The property is located half way up a mountain so you need good tires to make it up the driveway in the wintertime. Naturally, it’s off street parking.

There are front and back decks which are great to study on, especially the back deck which overlooks the woods, but for safety reasons, not too many people can be on the decks at the same time. It’s a quiet neighborhood. When my son was growing up, this is the house where the kids hung out and I miss that. I absolutely ADORE young people.

You must love dogs to live here as I need a service dog to function. I have a retired one, a functioning one, and one in training. They are very large friendly dogs.

It is a 2 bedroom second floor walk up but you can EASILY put two double beds in the master bedroom. The second bedroom can hold a double bed as well. Three people can easily share the place. There is a HUGE living room, an ample dining area, an ample kitchen with all the appliances, a built-in desk in the hallway, a nice size bathroom, and lots of closet space.

Years ago we rented to Penn State students and they were the second best students we had in over 40 years. They liked it so much that whenever one student needed to go to Main Campus, they replaced him with another student. It came to the point that there was a waiting list for the place. They stayed here for eight years.

Before you get nervous about the price please note that ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED even cable and WI-FI. I have just replaced the stove, washer, and dryer.
