475.00 will include all utilities. asking for last months rent as well. i will be adding more pictures shortly. you will love it. i have a local contractor who will make sure everyone is happy and taken care of. i will also rent to parents visiting my summerplace weekly at eaglelakeca.com or all families to picnic for the day as long as we are in good standing which im sure we will. i also have a daughter going away to college in august.thank you valerie
